Lina’s story is simple:
Healthcare has lost its humanity.
We’re giving it back.

LEARN MORE
Lina exists to liberate healthcare practitioners from the burdens of traditional practice, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional, human-centered patient care.
At its core: Lina is about restoring dignity, independence, and connection in healthcare.
Because we remove risk, overhead, and isolation—and replace it with freedom, autonomy, and community. Because practitioners deserve more than revenue-driven care models. They deserve a space designed for them to thrive, personally and professionally, while delivering care that feels purposeful and uncompromised.

In our narrative, the practitioner is always the hero—we are simply the guide who removes barriers so they can thrive.

We strip away the overhead, the leases, the bureaucracy — and give practitioners what they truly need:

Freedom to practice on their own terms.
Community that replaces isolation with connection.
Space designed to elevate the patient experience, not squeeze profit.
Support that prioritizes their needs over our margins.

The Founders’ Story

Rachel Puri grew up steeped in healthcare. Her grandmother was a physician, and her mother spent three decades working in hospital laboratories. Rachel earned degrees in both psychology and nursing, beginning her career in mental health before becoming a registered nurse. Through her clinical work, she witnessed firsthand the pressures and complexities clinicians face — from administrative burdens and financial strain to the professional isolation that can erode both passion and impact. She carried with her a simple but radical belief: that doctors should be free to focus on healing without drowning in the business of medicine.
Enter Vic Puri, her husband and co-founder — equal parts strategist, builder, and financial disciplinarian. While Rachel brought empathy, operational grit, and a deep understanding of providers, Vic brought the muscle of real estate savvy and business acumen. For five years, he helmed Lina as CEO, perfecting a repeatable model of site selection, build-outs, and unit economics that turned raw space into thriving medical hubs. Where Rachel saw the soul of the mission, Vic engineered the structure to make it scale. Together, they’re the rare duo who can both dream and deliver.
In 2017, they combined forces — Rachel’s heart for healthcare and Vic’s head for real estate — to create Lina, the first Co-Practice Platform. Their vision was simple yet profound: strip away the barriers that drive practitioners out of private practice and give them freedom, community, and space to thrive. She made sure it felt like home for healers.
He made sure the numbers worked. Both refused to compromise.

That balance of humanity and discipline is what defines Lina today. It’s why a physician feels safe taking the leap into independence. It’s why landlords trust Lina as a long-term partner.
And it’s why investors see not just a company, but a category-defining movement.

Rachel and Vic’s partnership is proof that when empathy meets execution,
and when mission meets model, you don’t just build clinics.

You build a legacy.

Why Us?

Lina’s team is uniquely qualified to execute this vision, with a rare blend of healthcare insight, real estate savvy, tech know-how, and scaling experience. Our leadership’s track record speaks to our ability to build and rapidly expand this platform:

Collective Strength: Together, this leadership team covers all bases – healthcare credibility to gain providers’ trust, real estate development experience to scale locations, financial acumen for fundraising and profitability, and cutting-edge marketing to accelerate growth.
We have built and scaled companies before, and we’re doing it again with Lina. Our diverse expertise uniquely positions us to revolutionize healthcare real estate. Investors can be confident that this A-team has the vision and execution capability to make Lina the dominant player in medical coworking, delivering results and returns.
Healthcare deserves better. Practitioners deserve freedom. Patients deserve care without compromise.
Use of funds:
Scale across the US (market launches, sales, real estate)
Expand services that increase practitioner ARPU and retention
Build out our tech layer to deepen our “clinic-as-a-service” platform
*Investment is not primarily used for CapEx/build-outs
Why this round now (and not earlier or later):
Soft real estate market = asymmetric advantage. We’ve pre-identified markets where we can secure below-market terms and flexible structures—accelerating rollout economics.
Templatized playbook, proven unit economics. The heavy lift is behind us; we’re consistently operating at ~30% NOI at scale with a model designed to replicate.
Surging practitioner demand. Clinicians want independence without leases or build-outs; Lina delivers day-one revenue, stronger margins, and a community that sticks.
Category-defining platform. Real estate defensibility with SaaS-like monetization—built to compound.
The strategic partner we’re seeking:

We’re looking for a collaborator who helps us accelerate market entry, shape new products, and even explore real-estate acquisitions alongside the rollout. The route is flexible; the goal is value creation at speed.

We believe this is a unique moment to be part of something category-defining, with both the playbook and the receipts to back it up.
