For over three decades, my mission has been to empower women to achieve lasting health through natural, evidence-based approaches. My focus is on identifying and addressing the underlying “root causes” of health concerns and, whenever possible, using non-pharmaceutical and non-surgical treatments, including nutrition, supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle changes. Through education and personalized guidance, I help women better understand their health and feel empowered to take an active role in achieving optimal wellness.
Specialized Interests: I have a particular interest in overlooked, mismanaged, and complex women’s health concerns, including hormone balancing, PCOS, recurrent infections, pelvic health, HPV and precancerous cervical lesions, family planning, contraception, and fertility. My areas of focus include irregular periods, infertility, menopause, thyroid concerns, stubborn weight, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic organ prolapse, bladder concerns, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and vaginal and urinary health.
Credentials: I am a graduate of the Women’s Integrative & Functional Medicine for Women Institute and completed the advanced midwifery program at Columbia University at North Central Bronx. I also graduated from Hadassah School of Nursing’s Safed program in Israel as a Certified Nurse Midwife. I am certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives. I am licensed in Florida as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
Throughout my career, I have held admitting privileges at Brookdale Medical Center and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, as well as St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL, and Boca Raton Medical Center in Boca Raton, FL.
