Iris Lopera - Regional Director, Sales and Operations

Bringing 15+ years of experience in growth, operations, and a deep commitment to customer experience. Iris is a hands-on and people-first type leader, focused on building strong teams, creating efficient processes, and delivering experiences that make customers feel valued, supported, and confident. She believes in empowering people, building lasting relationships, and creating the systems that drive sustainable growth. For Iris, it’s simple: take care of your people, take care of your customers, and the growth will follow.

Vic Puri - Co-Founder

The architect behind much of the discipline that made the model work. Equal parts strategist, builder, and financial realist, he brings deep real estate acumen, business instinct, and an obsession with making the numbers make sense. From site selection and landlord structures to buildouts and unit economics, he helped turn the vision into a repeatable operating model. Rachel brought the why. He helped engineer the how.

Rachel Puri - Co-Founder and Executive Chair

After nearly a decade of building Lina and three years serving as CEO, Rachel now focuses on supporting the company’s long-term strategy and continued growth, bringing the founder perspective, institutional knowledge, and deep understanding of the evolving needs of independent practitioners that have shaped Lina since its inception. As Executive Chair, she works closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, key partnerships, and opportunities that advance Lina’s mission and long-term potential, while helping ensure continuity as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Munaf Samji - CEO

The focus is clear, turn a proven model into a category-defining company. Part marketer, part operator, and allergic to wasted motion, he leads with equal parts heart and discipline, protecting what makes Lina special while building the team, systems, technology, and footprint to scale it. He didn’t step into the role to admire the vision. Sleeves rolled up, he stepped in to build it.
